NEW YORK — “The LEGO, LEGO, &c.
Movie” will play in 3-D in New York City on Sunday and in 3.5-D on Wednesday, Warner Bros. announced.
” The film will debut on July 16 at the New York Times Square and in 2.75-D at the Times Square Theater and Museum,” the studio said.
The film is set to star Ben Affleck, Margot Robbie, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Ed Harris, Viola Davis, Joel Kinnaman, Jesse Eisenberg, Henry Cavill, Kevin Costner, Jason Clarke, Elizabeth Olsen, Holly Hunter, Jai Courtney, Michael Shannon, Laurence Fishburne, Kevin Hart, Mark Ruffalo, Matt Damon, Scarlett Johansson, Tilda Swinton, and Woody Harrelson.
Tickets go on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The new featurette also contains a look at some of the special effects used in the film, including the Batmobile’s engine and Batarang’s impact.
A new animated series will debut in 2018 on Cartoon Network.
Warner Bros. released a video previewing the new film, which is scheduled to arrive July 20, 2018, and will be released in 4K and HDR.
